Le Château is located in substantial grounds overlooking the idyllic Normandy village of Houetteville and has been lovingly restored and refitted by Posh Portfolio to provide a truly luxurious environment. No expense has been spared in creating the facilities expected of a premier hotel. This is our magnificent home in rural France.
Houetteville is situated 25 miles south of Rouen and 60 miles west of Paris, making Euro Disney and the airports an easy drive away. The area is well served by motorways, although none impose on Le Château or the village. A car on Eurostar from Folkestone to Calais takes about half an hour. In under 5 minutes you are on a motorway heading west to Houetteville in about 2 hours. Regular travellers will know what a joy motoring in France is compared to England, with its high levels of traffic.
Caen, Dieppe and Le Havre with their ferry links to south coast English ports are approximately an hour away.
Choose the week or fortnight that suits you. Enjoy huge open log fires in the autumn or bring family and friends together for Christmas and New Year, the beauty of the Normandy spring or long evenings in the summer.
